WHO AM I

9 Juli 2014

Here the question that you have to answer.
1.      Who do my parents say I am?
2.      What kind of leader will you be?
3.      Looking glass self
4.      What has my social context been?

If we write down how to fulfill this statement, “ I  am .......” there are many words that tyou will write down there, right. It means we have multiples identities. People are commonly defined as other on the basis of race or ethnicity, gender, religion, socio economic status, age, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability. Dominated group has the greatest influence in determining the structure of the society. Subordinate group = minority.
Dominant groups don’t like to be reminded of the existence of inequality. Dominants do not know the experiences of subordinates. Subordinates are well informed about dominants. Dominants do not really know the conditions of the subordinates group. So we have to be trouble makers. Trouble maker is not really we make trouble or worsen the condition around us, but we do something when we see the inequality between dominant and subdordinate which give bad impact the minority, or the condition of the minority is never given attention from the government whi is from dominants groups. The examples of troublemakers are Nelson Mandela, who fight for the black one can get the equal right with the white one, Rose Rizal in Philipine.
Talking about female as subordinate in certain state, in other side, last president of India is woman, women constribute in parlemetn, government, or as senators, and top leader in Bangladesh is a woman.
