People who will give a leadreship power for you although we do not want. Leadership is not management. Management is direct the people (manager), number management, complexity, and order & consistency. Leadership is people gathering, changing, start doing something together, motivate others, and move the people.

Three examples of leadership style

1.      Charismatic

a.       Good in inspiring people because his vision, capability

b.      Using personal power

c.       People give you power

d.      Good looking

e.       Well talking/ speaking

f.       Belief from following

g.      High passsion

h.      Sometimes he is charismatic but he was not good people, he is so ambisious one, desire to achieve, example Barack Obama, or Hitler

2.      Transformatonal style

a.       Take the people to do something for ownership the employees

b.      Inspire the people in ownership (to their own/ employees)

c.       Internal reason for doing it

d.      Ability how to communicate them to change

3.      Authentic style

a.       Because of the quality of his/her character

b.      Open, honest genuine

c.       Because he has good benefit/ useful for the people, the people want this guy because the guy will sacrifice himself for his followers

d.      Example Mahatma Gandhi

e.       Greatest loyalty, trusted by the people

f.       Very difficult

g.      The people want to follow him although he does something wrong

h.      You do nothing if you  are a good people

i.        Because of inside

Which one we are, we can choose by ourselves or another word is maeing a choice who we are and intentionally by action  or practice. Anyone can be a leader, not about quality but about choices.

Loyalty from the followers is musch more effective things get influences from the followers although is not easy to achieve it. Example, we love our own country, Indonesia. Internal side is stronger than external, like intimidation, ultimatum, or force. The examples of the great leader who ever influece the people for along life are Muhammad and Jesus.

It is different between “doing things right” and “ doing the right things (alternative)”
